Guest guest
Dev and Sharon Thank you so much...how beautiful is Sa Ta Na Ma...now I know why I was so deeply touched when I heard it and can hear it over and over and over. And, I am so happy to finally know what Sat Nam means (and how it's pronounced) since I see it here all the time. The frontal gaze is looking a bit up and in at the bridge of the nose...toward the 3rd eye. I don't know if I could even hold it for a min and this meditation calls for 15 mins. It's just difficult to know just how or where to be looking...maybe it is just conditioning the muscles. I have looked toward the 3rd eye to open it in meditation with eyes closed often...but this is much easier with eyes closed. Thanks, I did not know that looking at the tip of the nose stimulated the pituitary gland. That is very helpful...I will try this as well. Are you doing a certain mudra or pose while practicing this gaze? Do you have a link for that meditation? Sat Nam Amy
