Akkama-

I am most definately a novice to kundalini yoga. Having started a year ago, I

noticed a lot of change in all areas of my life. I am fortunate to have had

good teachers. I also had to take a "break" due to promoting balance since I

have encountered a multitude of changes (all positive) move, career, marriage,

etc. Yet have had the opportunity to implement kundalini yoga again. As a

result I did notice some changes in relationship to the spine up to the head. I

was able to feel the opening throughout as I continue each day to work the

breath of fires and poses to reunite in conjuction with my spine from bottom to

top and then to the brain. Not only does one need to pay attention to the

poses, but paying attention to the process and path as we are working our body

seems to make a difference. Yet, I can only speak for myself. I feel that the

Divine one makes each of us unique. The feeling that I got was as if there was

a "clump" or "loose knot" in a chakra area that has given me as an individual

and as where I am today in the evolutionary scale. I have found that also, for

me, that I should not think that I am "stuck" at only one chakra area....or even

"stuck at all. All areas are to be paid attention. When the bof's have had the

opportunity to bring the fresh oxygen and Divine assistance, I felt this loosen

and start to move up the spine to the next areas.

This was my experience. There are many other types I AM CERTAIN!! Anyone else?

Peace and Light-

Kath.
