Guest guest
Sat Nam all, thank you very much for your precious feedback and your valuable comments. I think I got the point. So I agree, that any problem changes it's 'weight' with the angle I am looking at it. Also I am aware, that meditation and Sadhana is centering our lifes and gives us the ability to detach from problems. I also understand, that the answer to many problems might simply be 'do sadhana' - have the discipline to get up, surrender your self to the infinite, do the exercises with passion and love. In this context: with meditation alone you hardly find a job, but you change the way you are feeling about and get perhaps the chance to grasp new ideas, perhaps even gain the understanding, that the current 'bad' situation might be the necessary birthplace for a better job / work in the future. OK, that's now more reasonable to tell the students ;-) Thanks! Blessings and regards from Shanghai, Adarsh S.
Guest guest
Dear Adarsh and all. Sat Nam. Yes, I think you got many points. Good job. Any problem changes it's 'weight' with the angle I am looking at it. Also I am aware, that meditation and Sadhana is centering our lifes and gives us the ability to detach from problems. * And when we change our frequency sometimes we remove ourselves from the problems, out situations change and new opportunities open up. We access another level of experience that was not available to us before. I also understand, that the answer to many problems might simply be 'do sadhana' - have the discipline to get up, surrender your self to the infinite, do the exercises with passion and love. * This is the first answer to every question and problem. And if you can't get up at 4 am, get up at 5 or 6. But do Sadhana everyday before you start your day. * Years ago students went to see Yogi Bhajan with their problems. He decided to do a survey. He asked everyone who came to him if they did Sadhana. 90% of the people seeking his advise did NOT do Sadhana! * I used to do counseling. I wouldn't see anyone unless they were doing some kind of meditation or yoga or were at least willing to do so after we found a program for them. Why waste the time? We have to have the capacity to shift to the next level otherwise we just spin our wheels. In this context: with meditation alone you hardly find a job, but you change the way you are feeling about and get perhaps the chance to grasp new ideas, perhaps even gain the understanding, that the current 'bad'situation might be the necessary birthplace for a better job / work in the future. OK, that's now more reasonable to tell the students. * You got it. Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur
