Guest guest Posted December 16, 2003 Report Share Posted December 16, 2003 Sat Nam, to All, When I do yoga, I can feel an imbalance between my right side and my left side. It seems to stem from my pelvis, but I can feel it markedly all the way from my toes, up my spine, to my third eye. What's the best way to correct this? I've been to the chiropractor numerous times for adjustments, but it doesn't get all the way corrected. And, I know that any imbalance on the inside manifest as an imbalance on the outside. It bothers me both spiritually and physically. Thanks in advance for any insights into how I can make myself even.
