Sat Nam,

I like it when we add our location to your emails. I like to know where people

are from. I invite you all to do so as well.

Hi Folks

Great idea from Gururattan. It will be good if everyone can try to get into this

habit when posting to our list. It will help remind us all of our growing global

dimension and the true potential of the Internet as a vehicle for international

communication and understanding.

> SatNam to All,

Happy Holidays from Miami, Florida. I have lived in this country since 1969 and

I am a native of Cuba. I am bilingual and frequently translate and interpret in

both languages for my "legal" job.

I am also a Reiki master, both Usui and Karuna Reiki, I am a Magnified Healing

master. I teach Reiki usually twice a month and will also be teaching Magnified

Healing in 2004. Teaching Reiki and giving Reiki healings is one of my

devotions. I became interested in KY practice because it is the same

"channeled" energy as used in Reiki. In fact, there are exercises within the

Reiki manuals to raise the Kundalini energy through the body's chakras/channels.

This was my first exposure to the term/practice and I love it.

I love Kundalini Yoga and I practice, practice, practice with videos mostly. I

go to classes too. I will be a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2004 but I will need to

travel to Coral Springs or Altamonte Springs for the training as it is not

currently offered in Miami. If anyone one knows otherwise, please advise.

I am also employed at a law firm as a litigation coordinator/paralegal - this is

my day job. I have two sons who both live with me. I am happy and grateful for

my life.

My heart love to all,

Lourdes

Hi Lourdes

This message is relevant to all you bilingual folk out there who are also fluent

in Spanish. Have you checked out our Spanish KY list - Hispa Yoga -

hispayoga-

That way you will have the best of both worlds! :-)

Dear Friends,

Sat Nam!

Please add where you are from after your name. I really like knowing what

part of the world everyone is from. It makes our group more cozy and

expansive. It is like creating a grid of friends around the world.

Thanks.
