There are many different pranayama sets but one of my favorites that works instantly for me and students is Basic Breath Series. You can find it in the Sadhana Guidelines manual. The longer and deeper your breath is, the more quiet your mind will be. Because the mind follows the breath. So, long deep breathing is excellent for instant relaxation.
