I have been facing terrible

In addition to your other solutions, I recommend that you drink 3-4 quarts

of water a day and alkalinize your diet. This did wonders for me.

Lila, for the stomach disorders as you know it is very

important:

 

*Only eat when you are calm

*Chew very slowly (about 20 times with each side of the

mouth)

*Never full you stomache, it less and more times per day

(5 times per day, is ok)

* breath deeply all the time.

* eat things that you feel are good for you and avoid

eating alcohol, spicy things, fat, meat.

* do not smoke

* After eating walk for 25 minutes, not fast, not too

slow, and again, long, deep breathing
