Guest guest
Sat Nam.. Are you taking any Medications? there are many medications that will cause Tardive Dyskinesia which may have the same symptoms you are describing.. however.. Kundalini Yoga can unlock many dormant energy centres called Meridians that will also have similar symptoms.. if your not on Medications..Don't worry, those twitches and tinglings should all be positive signs.. you may find some relief with Sat Kriya..Sit on the heels and stretch the arms over the head so that the elbows hug the ears. Interlock all the fingers except the first ones (index) which point straight up. Begin to chant Sat Nam emphatically in a constant rhythm about eight times per 10 seconds. Chant the sound Sat from the navel point and solar plexus, and pull the unbilicus all the way in toward the spine. On Nam relax the belly. Continue at least 3 minutes, then inhale and squeeze the muscles tightly from the buttocks all the way up the back, past the shoulders. mentally allow the energy to flow through the top of the skull. Ideally, you should relax for twice the length of time that the kriya was practiced. Sat Kriya is fundamental to Kundalini Yoga and should be practiced every day for at least 3 minutes. This exercise works directly on stimulating and channelizing the kindalini energy, so it must always be practiced with the mantra Sat Nam. good luck.. Humbly Dev muscle twitches.... SAT NAM, lately, I am noticing a lot of muscle twicthes happening involuntarily. Also, the muscles do not feel good at all. As though some sort of energy held or some shivering going at cells level. I feel hestitant to make moves and feel they might shake. I also notice shaking of muscles if I try to lift my legs in air for some time. These days doing Rock pose is really bothering as I hardly can sit for long time unlike before. I feel like my legs are filling up with some energy causing heaviness. Before, Whenever I would get excited with anxiety that used to cause some muscle tightness and also slight shivering due to holding breathe. The shivering seems to have increased with each anxiety feeling, although I rarely have anxiety feelings these days. Any help and advice on this? Thanks AKkama
