Guest guest
Sat Nam and greetings everyone... I have returned from Winter Solstice. I would recommend that anyone who has the opportunity, to attend atleast once. There are some elements of Winter Solstice that are so very beautiful. The music and the opportunity to make heartfelt connections with others are a few such elements. I found the White tantric to be excruciating at times and blissful at others...but always effective. Some of my favorite moments.... ....waking up at 3 am and walking across a star lit field to the sadhana tent.... .....the first note of "Wah yantee kar Yantee"...during sadhana. ....wearing mitts and a wool hat in Florida! ha ha! ....peace prayer evening celebration...where we sang Snatam's rendition of multi-disciplinary peace chants and finish it with a walk across that star lit field as we chant Wahe Guru, lead by Guru Ganesha and Livtar on their guitars...finishing with songs of peace and love around a big bonfire. ....the yogi tea cafe....sure to be an enlivening and heart opening experience! Muscians of all kinds! ....seeing Guru Ganesha play his guitar...it's a performance in and of itself...add a healthy dose of Snatam, in her quiet elegance and angelic voice and it's a recipe for peace within and without. .....being immersed in an atmosphere of consciousness and love energy. ....connecting with people from all over the world and seeing the distance shrinking... ....and the list goes on... It was Divine time. It is my hope to be able to integrate this Divinity into my every breath...like a baker gently folding whipped egg whites into his batter...with every fold of the spatula, I am saturated in the nectar and forever changed.
