overeating @ night

I generally will have the same problem of overeating at night. My

Solstice present to myself was going back on the millet/tofu diet as

explained in Lesson 23 of KY Online training (see at the bottom of

the KY digest) or kundalini yogakyt23.html

 

It can be a little hard to do at first but what happens with me if I

hang in there with it is after about a week my blood sugar evens out

and my cravings decrease. I still eat fruit at night if I feel like

it. This diet is especially designed to balance blood sugar. For me

that is key.
