Guest guest
Sat Nam Jeff, If you look up at the archives you will find instructions to your case. As far as I remember there is a breathing exercise. Close your right nostril with your thumb maintaining your other fingers pointed up and breathe long and deep thru your left nostril. For high blood you should breath one hour everyday. Pay attention to the resistances that might show up. You can start with less time or split the day into quarters so you make one hour. I hope this can help you. Good luck. Breathe and feel divine.
