Guest guest
Sat Nam, Hari Sant, Thank you for thinking of me! You made my day! I will be completing 1000 consecutive days of Sat Kriya on January 18, 2004! (So, I must be at about day 982.) Coincidentally, I will be in San Diego at about that time (January 7 to 13). I hope to have an opportunity to meet Gururattan Kaur personally while I'm there. I am always inpired by her wisdom and insight. (Are you in San Diego, too?) The Sat Kriya practice has slowly and steadily lifted me to greater sense of spiritual energy, stability and certainty. It strengthens my consciousness so that I know at all times that I am irrevocably embedded firmly in God. I work in a high stress job that has me constantly dealing with people in conflict and strife; people who are often blaming one another and expressing feelings of victimization and defensiveness. Sat Kriya strengthens my aura so that it buffers me from the negativity and helps me exert a positive spiritual influence on the people I work with. How long have you been doing the Ra Ma Das Sa kriya? I am thinking of starting that one next. Please, describe your experience with it. Yogi Bhajan has given us an amazing spiritual technology. I am eternally grateful to him! Happy New Year! and Peace and Sat Nam, Steve
