I feel that spot as being my "gut", where my higher energy lies. Kind of like my "essence". If anyone has any imput into this, I would love to hear it. Guest guest Posted January 4, 2004 Report Share Posted January 4, 2004 Light on Yoga by Iyengar says that Manipura is at the navel, and that between the navel and the heart lies the 'Manas' and the 'Surya' Chakras, next is the Anahata chakra at the heart. Not much is spoken of these two chakars. Does anyone have any information about them?
