Could anyone help me with how to breath during sat kriya ?

I assume that you start with a deep breath, and then chant for 10 seconds or so,

and then take another breath ??

Also, is there any recommended level to start at, before building up to the

ideal, which I believe is 31 minutes ?.

Kindest regards

Simon

Sat Naam,

I found that with more & more practice of Sat Kriya, the breath begins to

regulate itself without you having to think about it. Just concentrate on

the navel point and your posture and let your mind merge with the vibration

of the mantra and the breath just happen. Usually what happens for me, is I

take a little inhale breath thru the nose between the Sat and the Nam before

releasing the navel. But don't try to think about it too much or force it to

happen, just meditate! :)

prem,
