Sat Nam,

I was sitting down to meditatie the other day and I was feeling

about as limited and contracted as any one person can...and I had

this experience...

"Split Identity"

My hands press together in prayer pose,

as Onnng...vibrates at my 3rd eye.

The earthquake begins,

the chasm splits through my psyche...

The fault line has formed.

....Namoooooo...Guru Deeeeeeevvv...Namoooo...

The vibration touches the walls,

of my limiting thoughts,

and they crumble around me.

I am exposed.

I become an innocent,

in this boundless, infinite Light.

A flicker of recognition

passes through my consciousness...

I am Thou.

Expansion, beyond limits..

I am "in" love,

I "am" love.

I can no longer make the distinction...

I am in ecstasy...

It reminded me of that line in Peter Pan, when one of the lost boys,

kind of pulls back on the wrinkled face of Robin Williams and

goes.."OH! there you are Peter!"

"Oh! there you are God!" I couldn't feel you through all the

contraction inside of me...

A few minutes after this experience...with a posture of love, I was

then able to release the negativity that had me so contracted, in

the beginning...

I won't share what I wrote in that moment with you...it doesn't have

as many pretty words, believe me, as what I wrote above!! Ha ha!

But none the less, necessary to release!

May we all be masterful in our release of negativity and our return

to love,

Sat Sangeet Kaur
