hello and sleep

Hi,

My name is Sergio. I´m from Spain.I´m new in the group. I´ve been practicing

when if has been possible from last year. I´ wanted to introduce myself and ask

a question I´ve been sleeping too many hours, and i find very difficult to wake

up early in the morning, what can i do to wake up early? I´ve an obssesion with

that, the rest of the day when i dont wake up early, i feel awful.

Hi Sergio

I had the same problem as you. In the free online course there is a lesson

somewhere about bedtime etc. Take Gururattan's advice on not eating protein

at night. You will be surprised to see how well it works!

Salute Pete,

You have to start a movement. At any time of the day or night - as long as

do it with discipline, love and true desire to overcome what you think you

should do to grow. Slowly your body and mind will start changing and your

pure natural clock will show for sure. So, practice 2 hours daily, sing and

let yourself go.. you will be surprised...its a long way to tiperary...long

way to god...
