hello and sleep

 

Hi,

My name is Sergio. I´m from Spain.I´m new in the

group. I´ve been

practicing when if has been possible from last year.

I´ wanted to

introduce myself and ask a question I´ve been sleeping

too many hours, and i

find very difficult to wake up early in the morning,

what can i do to

wake up early? I´ve an obssesion with that, the rest

of the day when i

dont wake up early, i feel awful.

Hello Sergio, Sat Nam. The most obvious answer to your

concern about getting up early would be of course to

get to bed earlier! But there are other things you can

do. First, do some yoga and meditation before going to

bed. Pranayams can relax you as will meditations. 11

minutes at least. Another thing I do is ask Guru Ram

Das to get me up in the morning. "Guru Ram Das" I say,

"it is only by your grace that I will awaken tomorrow

morning." I try to make that the last thought before I

go to sleep.
