Sat Nam everybody,

In page 47 of Transitions..Kriya for Physical & Mental Vitality in the exercise

1 it says "inhale and apply Mulbhand.." my doubt is if you apply the bhand with

the legs down on the floor or still on the air after the criss crossing...Thank

you to whoever brings light on the matter.

Inhale and pull the rootlock while the legs are still in the air. Then let go,

lower the legs and relax.
