Guest guest
Jai Kaur: I am deeply sorry for your loss. It is my understanding that chanting 'Akaal' can help the soul make it past the electromagnetic field of the earth (which I think the soul has two weeks to make it past this field and into the ethers). Akaal means undying. I believe you just sit in easy pose (I don't remember if the hands were in prayer mudra or gyan mudra) but you chant Akaal projecting the sound out through your third eye and off into the sky. I don't know any more specifics than that. I hope this helps. I will pray for you and your father tonight. Guest guest
Jai Kaur, I received the following instructions recently for a friend. "You can chant Akaal by yourself or in a group. Chanti it 3 or 11 times or for 11 minutes. Chant it all on one breath...AkAAAAAAAAAAAL as you send his soul on to unite with love and God and surround his family with the healing light of Guru Ram Das. Love has not limits, no time or space." Guest guest
Dear Jai Kaur, My thoughts are with you in your grief. The meditation is Akal which translates as "undying." Akal "The mantra "Akal" is the sound current we use when someone we know has died. Generally speaking, it is very difficult for a soul to leave the magnetic field of the earth. At the area where airplanes fly there is a shield, which is very difficult to cross through. Sometimes souls stay in this area, and become ghosts. This mantra is so powerful that it can help push the soul through this shield. Technique: Sit or stand meditatively. You may want to put your hands together at your heart center in prayer pose. Close your eyes, and project your mind to the ethers. With a prayer for that soul, inhale deeply and chant in one long sound current: "Aa-Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal" The "A" sound is like the "U" in umbrella. It is a short sound. Make the "Kaaaaal" very long, and chant until you run out of breath. The mantra is generally chanted 3-5 times. Then sit for a minute in silence, and your job is done. Death is not a state to be feared. Death comes to take us home. Chanting this mantra will help release a soul to go to a higher place, so it will not have to go through the cycle of birth and death again. Such a soul will become free through the power of your projection, and the wings of consciousness and realms of infinity will let that soul cross. Your family and the people you help in this way will be very grateful to you. Sat Nam" I have experienced this mantra also as a very powerful way to release grief. Blessings to you and may you find a peaceful heart, Rebecca
Guest guest
Dear Rebecca, This is very fascinating and I am so blessed to have received this message..thank you. I live in the flight path of heavy flying activity and have for almost a year. I have felt much disruption in my spiritual path and have also felt and seen many disrupted souls in my house (as my dog has as well!) I seem to take on pain and energy and am wondering if this mantra meditation will help me??? Or if you had any other suggestions? Thank you very much for this message. Love and light...Courtney --- rfarley51 wrote: > Dear Jai Kaur, > My thoughts are with you in your grief.
