Thank 4 your answers to my questions about sleeping. I´m following your advices

of not eating proteins at nigth and going to bed earlier and I´m 4 days in a

row waking me up at 5 or 6 am for my saddhana. My quality of life during the day

has increased Ïm more focused, calm and self assured of myself.
