SAT NAM,

I would like to know wether we can perform our

regular KY sets during the first trimester of

pregnancy?

Can we do BOF?

What are some of the excercises we are supposed to

avoid?

What are the KY sets for pregnancy?

If you can suggest a good book with all KY excercises

and mantras for pregnancy taht would be very helpful.
