Guest guest
Sat Nam, Can anyone tell me if you should be doing a yoga practice if you are sick with a chest cold and have a bad cough? If so what would be helpful? Much love Debbie Greetings Send your love online with Greetings - FREE!
Guest guest
Listen to your body and feel into what it needs. >From personal experience I have found that sometimes doing some gentle yoga and breathing exercises can help ward off a cold when I feel it coming on, perhaps because it stimulaties the lymphatic and immune system and gets fresh oxygen and prana to the lowers lungs to cleanse the tissues. Other times the body needs to rest. Ginger tea, Yogi Tea and Kitcheree are all wonderfull when you're not well. Search the archives for the recipes if you don't have them... and drink plenty of water. Wishing you wellness...
