Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have also been practicing this set recently from Relax & Renew. Exercise 4 is body drops, done in Lotus. I can't hold full lotus for long. Is it best then to do the body drops in Easy pose, or with the legs straight out in front? In Exercise 5 where the right palm is pressing on the left wrist, should the hands be touching the body, or hovering just infront of the solar plexus? Many thanks, Krishan Shiva Kaur, Hampshire, England.

Guest guest
Sat Nam I did this set for the first time this week and found its effects scarily powerful. Both I and the friend I did it with began to urinate straight after like crazy. Didn't think anyone could pee so much in the space of 24hours:) Also I got a violent sick migraine ouch!!!!! (My friend did not) Kind of makes me think twice about doing it again or teaching it to a class. Any comments on this please? Guest guest
Dear Carol Ann, These sets do work and create changes. What each one of us experiece depends on where we are at physically, mentally and emotionally. Some people have emotional releases and begin to cry. Some may feel a state of ecstacy with the same exercise. These particular exercises stimulated cleansing for you and your friend, which is very often the case for lower chakra sets. Especially in the beginning. Drinking lots of water is a good idea for help the cleansing process. Also I got a violent sick migraine ouch!!!!! Not fun. (My friend did not) Kind of makes me think twice about doing it again or teaching it to a class. * Do some other kryias in between times to create more balance. Then when you do this again do it for less times. Do it slowly and be present to the effects that it is having on you. Don't just push through it. That could have been part of the reason that you got a migraine. Be gentle and loving while you do the exercises. And stay present to your lower body, not in your head thinking about the exercises. Be in the feeling awareness of what is happening in the lower chakras. When you feel better about the set, then you can teach it to a class. You don't want to bring a projection of fear to the class. Make the set your friend first. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam! Very interesting indeed! I've been teaching this exact kriya all week long (3 times so far). I to have been urinating more frequently. My thought is that in ky we create superficial stress to create a deeper release...........because this kriya is focusing in on the adrenals which are the reactors to stress we need to approuch this set with caution. Your reaction could be a healing crisis so go ahead with the exersices approaching each in a gentle (cut times) in half and drink lots of h20! hope this helps Kulbir
Guest guest
Sat Nam Thank You Gururattan. I hear what you are saying:) I must admit I did attack this set with my usual enthusiasm. Full times and GO FOR IT:) Last night I began Healing with the Siri Gaitri Mantra as my new 40 day meditation. Today I did the Wahe Guru Kriya (Trikuti Kriya) and finished with meditation for a calm heart 11 mins. Tonight I feel wonderful. Guest guest
Dear Carol, I must admit I did attack this set with my usual enthusiasm. Full times and GO FOR IT:) * Thanks for the testimonial that this approach does not work and can be hurtful. Enthusiasm is fine but attack mode is not. Ky is very subtle. We need to be aware and cultivate awareness in every movement and breath. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Satnam, I have been reading the emails regarding the Adrenalsna dKidneys. This yoga is excellent and drinking a lot of Water increases the bladder function. It also cleanses the body and gives a radiant glow on ones face and improves the health , mind and the body. Guest guest
I dont know about urinating alot after doing this set. I pee alot but i´ve been drinking licorice, dandlion tea. But I´ve been doing this set for three weeks, the lower triangle meditation, and the balancing and recharging the immune and nervous systems. I find that if i do the lower triangle meditation which heals kidneys and adrenals, then i do the recharging immune and nervous systems, I get a pretty powerful combo with enhanced thinking and stress resistence all day long. Some day it works, some days not. My thinking improves and my ability to relate to others, after doing the recharging exercise. How does the recharging and rebalance immune and nervous systems relate to the kidneys and adrenals? This exercise makes me feel very powerful and strong. How come this works only sometimes? Is there anything to do with the adrenal hormone and am i using it up by doing this exercise? What foods can i eat to make this hormone?- Chris Madrid shaktival wrote:Sat Nam!
