Best yoga for a cold is sitting in a tub of hot water

up to your hips, as hot as you can safely stand it

without incurring any burns. Sit in Rock Pose and do

sat Kriya for 3 -11 minutes. Water will probably get

nice and dirty from the toxins you release. Thoroughly

dry off and stay warm. Cold will be gone in the

morning (at least that was my experience).

Another more radical solution is a cup of hot water,

juice of one lemon , and a tablespoon of honey mixed

with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Drink a as you can,

as quickly as you can. Wrap up warm and sweat the

toxins out.
