Hello Amad!! I understand you must go a hard time...But you have found a

god start with kundlalini yoga practice...Do you practice yoga already? Are

you familiar with pranayama,asana ,relaxation , meditation and nutrition by

auyrveda?? The world of yoga offers so many ways to selfhealing. But my

first advice is to find a good yoga teacher and to se a auyrvedic advicer,

who can give you proper advice... Some general advices from me: Drink lots

of varm water during the day. It relaxes the body. Eat good varm food,

take massage and long hot baths. Cry, laught to old silly movies. Give yuor

soul divine nutrition: You know what yor soul are longing for! Remember,

feeling bad is a very god start...Love and light and the best of luck from
