[Crying during meditation] Digest Number 1802

....I disagree, crying is the body's natural response

and release system. Often after crying one feels much

better.

.....reaching a state of neutrality often takes years,

practicing KY is the process of attaining this, but

until it is reached one should not feel that crying is

 

not good for the soul, it is necessary.
