Guest guest
Dear Linda, Yes, definitely crying is a release. I said if you just cry without meditating, you may feel tired with little deep relief. I am also a person who does not cry easily. Only in the context of sadhana have I ever cried willingly. Crying during meditation and crying outside the context of meditation feel very different to me. Sat Nam, Gian
Guest guest
Sat Nam Ellen, I agree! Crying during meditation is almost a beautiful experience. It would be nice if crying was always released in such a comfortable space, but alas, it is not. It seems that I cry too now only during meditation, but it was not always the case. There were the days in my life when the tears flowed with such heavyness...I just did not want anyone to misinterpret that crying was harmful. > Yes, definitely crying is a release.
