Dear Jai Gopal Kaur,

Satnam,

Nausea is a common thing and someone newly pregnanat should not do yoga for some

time till she does not progress into her pregnancy.

AS soon as she gets up in th morning before she gets out of bed or brushing her

teeth(YUCK as it sounds) she should eat a sweet biscuit. It may help her.

IT helped my wife during her pregnancy.

I was at a conference last weekend and a doctor of chinese medicine said she

often treats morning sickness successfully with accupuncture?

I understand that B-6 and ginger will help with morning sickness.

The below info (quick notes) came from a conversation I had with my

friend Jai Kaur. She has 3 kids.

She knows the routine very well and will talk to you or your friend if

she needs.

Protein before you get out of bed because once you get into that cycle

it's over.

Snack every 2 hours and have a protein. E.g., cheese and crackers,

nuts, etc.

Ginger tea, ginger candy. Just get ginger in there somehow

Ginger caps 8 caps - 8 times a day

Acupuncture wristband for wrist points. Get it at CVS or Walgreens.

They sell it for motion sickness.

B Complex

Cut back on activity and, of course, Acupuncture.
