Guest guest
At times (this has died down a bit now) i get a jolt of "energy" call it when i move my head around it feels like my etheric body has become out of sync with the physical body and then snaps back into place. It's very weird. >Hi, I joined this list a few weeks ago and I am new to Kundalini yoga. I recogize the feelings as I have them after a meditation, especially the Kirtin Kriya. When I move my head having my eyes closed, it is like my fysical head moves but some energetic part of my head is following, coming into position shortly after that move. The same with my hands, arms and shoulders. Realy weird as you say, I hope someone can explain what this is. Regards, René

Guest guest
Hi Marco, You´re right, that´s the one I mean. I am not sure if I do it right, I have some problems to visualize or feel the L. I do the 11 minutes version. What I sometimes feel if I move my head afterwards is a kind of shadow that loosens itself from my head on the beginning of the move, follows my head like a fading shadow during the move and than returns inside shortly afterwards. The same I can have with my arms. I had more and much deeper experiences during Kirtin Kriya when I just started it, some weeks ago. Once, in the 11th minute, I experienced an incredable emptyness, a thousand times deeper than I ever took for possible. It was frightning like the whole world imploded but at the sametime of an infinite size, like I could feel the whole universe. It was like I could decide to jump in the deepspace at that moment and I stayed there for some time (completely lost track of time). Right now, I still do it twice a day, morning and night but somehow it feels boring like nothing happens. I re-read the instruction by your suggestion and now wonder if it may have to do with the feeling of the L?
