Guest guest
Sat Nam! Last week someone was asking about timing the various parts of kriyas. Today I found a free program on the web that works just fine. You can download a copy at: http://mic-ro.com/eggtimer/download.html I recommend getting the zip version, as the zip file contains a short text file with operating instructions. It's very easy and intuitive to use, but there are several options, and I use a combination of methods to do it quickly during kriyas to keep distraction to a minimum. You don't have to install it, just put a copy of the executable on the desktop and double click it to start up a timer. You can open several of them at one time, each for its own time period. For example, for a 31 minute Kirtin Kriya, open three of them and set one for 5 min, one for 10 min, and the last for 1 min. enjoy, Dale
