Guest guest
Hi René, i have made Kirtin Kriya 3 times at 11 minutes till now. I am a beginner and i also find not easy to feel the L when i chant or think each sound. I am sure with practice things get better. I do not have the experiences you have had, but we are all different persons. I will try with 31 minutes and see what happens whithout expectations if possible. I suggest to ask privately a teacher for your experiences (for example Gururattan Khalsa or .... via email or phone). Do you know what Sadhana is? Yogi Bhajan recommends to do Sadhana in the early morning at the ambrosial hours. Also take a look at the work of Gurunam! He integrates KY and Kabbalah. Good Sadhana Marco

That´s a good idea, I registered for a Kundalini yoga introduction lesson next Tuesday, close to where I live. > Do you know what Sadhana is? I found Sadhana translated as ´Spiritual practices´, isn´t that all practices together like yoga, meditation, mantra´s etc? > Also take a look at the work of Gurunam! He integrates > KY and Kabbalah. I´ll check it out. Thank you, René
