Sat Nam Dharam,

If the Full Moon is also day 1, then is it also good to fast on the 11th day

after the full moon?

Both days are good for this purpose (glandular overhaul). Do all

drinking and eating before dawn and fast throughout the day. You can

then eat/drink after dusk.

This is much easier in the Winter as the days are shorter. If you start

feeling unsteady, then find your way to a tub of water or a warm

swimming pool.
