Guest guest
Both days are good for this purpose (glandular overhaul). Do all drinking and eating before dawn and fast throughout the day. You can then eat/drink after dusk. This is much easier in the Winter as the days are shorter. If you start feeling unsteady, then find your way to a tub of water or a warm swimming pool.
