SAT NAM,

I think Yoga has an answer for every problem/situation

that we feel we are going through.

 

ALl is required is to keep up with the pratice and you

will notice yourself slowly starting to overcome your

know barriers and healing yourself.

 

Sleep is associated with the pineal gland secretions

and Yoga works on all glands and restores balance

wherever it needs.
