(Hi, I sent this several days ago but it got bounced. I still has some

pertinence)

Hey ya'll, I'll take part of this one.

Come on down, Joanne. I live at the ashram in Millis. We have Mantra

sheets so you can read what you're chanting. Nothing to be inhibited

about. There are some basic (really basic things) to observe. Come with

a headcover of some kind and please avoid using any perfumes. If you can

do this, no one will look at you funny. Also, we have been having a bit

of a heater problem lately so you may want to bring a shawl or blanket

to drape over your shoulders for the meditation part. Japji starts at

3:40am on weekdays and 5am on the weekend. Sunday is "LIVE" chanting. We

have a number of folks who don't live here that come on a pretty regular

basis...actually more regularly than some of the ashram folk.

You can certainly call me for any more details and to let me know when

you might show up so I can make sure to welcome you.. I'm at 508 376-4635

You can listen to Japji at http://www.sikhnet.com/Gurbani and at

http://www.yogatech.com

This a great time for the ashram. We have a revitalized Sadhana and several

new, young members.

Sat Nam,

Dharam Singh
