Does anyone know what the Grace of God Meditation is, or if it's

called something else?

A friend of mine went to a Kundalini Meditation class and said it was

wonderful, but I've never heard of it.

ONE OF MY FAVORITES,YES.

GRACE OF GOD MEDITATION

Lie on back. Relax.

Inhale deeply, hold, mentally recite "I am

Grace of God" ten times.

Exhale repeat as above with breath held out.

Repeat this cycle 5 times.

Relax the breath, keep eyes closed sit up, easy pose.

Right hand in Gyan Mudra, resting on knee.

Left hand held up, palm flat, as if taking an oath.

Tense one finger at a time of the left hand and

meditate on the energy that governs that finger

(thumb-ego, index-wisdom, middle-patience, ring-health

beauty, little-communications) and repeat out loud

five times "I am Grace of God" continue this

with each finger ending with the thumb.

When you are finished lower left hand and relax.

Best time to do is sunrise and sunset. Do on

empty stomach.

ENJOY.
