Guest guest
Dear Group Members, There are times when we have a large amount of messages posting to the group list. For those of you who, for whatever reason, find this to be inconvenient and who are seriously considering unsubscribing, there are two others options. If you have a valid ID and password, you can can select the "digest" or the "no-email" option yourself at the Group Site (Kundaliniyoga/). If you select the "digest" option you will receive just one e-mail per day containing all the messages posted on that day. If you select "no-email" you wont receive any e-mail at all except special posts, like this one, but you will have to go to the Group Site to view messages. To make these changes you'll need to go to the group site and go to "Edit My Membership" to change your preferences. Those who do not have a valid ID and password and who don't have the energy to get one, you can to the "digest" version by sending an email to kundaliniyoga-digest . If this is all just too much to deal with but you really, really want to stay on the List, just send me your group ID (i.e, the e-mail address which you had used to register to this Group List and use to receive posts) and I'll change your preferences for you, one time. Make sure you send me your request to me OFF LIST! and add the word "Handyman" to the existing subject line (Note: If you do select the "Digest" option, when you do respond to a particular message within the digest, please don't do so with the Digest number in the subject line. Copy the subject line of the particular message you are responding to). For those who are fine with the number of e-mails, you don't have to do anything. In summary, I share this information so that you don't have to feel like you need to in order to keep a tidy Inbox. By maintaining your membership you retain access to the Archives, a invaluable resource, and you can post a message whenever you might need to. Access to the Archives requires a valid ID and password. The added value of having a valid ID is you can change your preferences whenever you want. When I leave town on long trips, I opt for "no-emails". It's very convenient. Big thanks to and Gordon, our List owner.
