Guest guest
Dear Ahmad, Sat nam. Welcome to KY! I am new to ky and i've just got Relax and Renew book ,i was trying to do the set on page 44 "meditation and self reliance" but i didnt understand the part of centrating on the root of the nose * Close your eyes and look with both eyes at the top of your nose inside your head. Basically between your eyebrows. You will find a place that feels stable for both eyes. That's the place. Then the two eyes can merge into one eye. Be patient. And gently focus and come back to focus when you lose it. You are finding a new location and building up the eye muscles so they can focus there. Also, i ve been trying to do the Ktitin Kriya but i have hard time visualising or feeling the " L " ,so is this normal at the begining or i am something wrong? * Normal. There are notes in the archives on this. Basically feel the L as a tube of light and let the energy build til this tube is stable. Patiently watch your progress. What seems like a mystery at first becomes easier and easier. Enjoy the progression of your awareness. Guest guest
The root of the nose isnot the tip as some people think. Actually it is the space between the eyebrows. Do not strain the eyes. Straining is not yoga. Simply "flow" the attention in that direction.
