Guest guest Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 Hello, I was wondering what would be a good remedy for sore throat and tight chest due to smoking, other than "don't smoke!" I can feel my glands are a little swollen and I would like to prevent this from turning into a full blown cold and I don't smoke very often so I know that it caused the problem.
