Kundalin Yoga in the morning

I do my yoga in the mornings, with meditation. I find it easier if I do Hua

Gong and/or Reiki treatment first as it warms up my muscles and releases

emotional debris.

 

However, I found that I was getting very tired at the end of the day. Now I

drink a glass of fruit juice before I do the exercises, and feel more

energised as a result. What do others find, please?

Personally myself I have found because I'm doing TAFE, during the day

that I was doing 5 and/or above.... late finding after a week to two

weeks that by three/four o'clock I was feeling spun-out; So now I've

reduced it to two and half minutes in the morning... With a

definitely interested, pleasant smile on my face.... I find your

approach well articulated and clever... by using reiki to

cleanse/clear-out debris... Though, I don't know how to do reiki ...

though I've had numerous sessions of reiki done apon me,

previously... Though .... mannnn ... after doing some other yoga

previously which I've forgotten its specific name... this yoga is

mad ... a legendary boost and a necessary breath of feeling on areas
