Perhaps you should just sit in easy pose, hands in gyan mudra and do breath of fire for three minutes or so. After this just long deep breathing (3 min) to consolidate the energy. You have to familiarize your body with what strong accurate breathing feels like. Then you can practice asanas and combine them with the breath.
