Guest guest
OM I am firm believer in the negative power of emotional pain from childhood which I now think is the main cause of my OCD which I have had since I was eight. I am a praticer of Mantra Yoga however I do much pranayama and Hatha Yoga is soon to follow. I want to buy David Shannoff-Khalsa's video treating OCD and other mental illnesses with KUndalini breathing..any thoughts? Guest guest
_____________________ ______________________ Marco, Sat Nam! I've just spent about an hour looking over David Shannahoff Khalsa's website and it sounds extraordinarily promising as a treatment for OCD. Can you tell me if you have had any experience with this treatment and its efficacy? My daughter has OCD plus some other challenges and I would be grateful to know whether this is something you have heard about or have experience with. The results of the research studies are impressive. Many thanks, Pritam ------------- "mb_1" <giuber Re: obsessive thoughts and anxiety Yes, here i am. Do you have OCD or other psichiatric disorder?
