After spinal flexes, heart twists, shoulder shrugs and neck rolls I do the following look up, down, Look in the direction of each number on a clock 9,3,10,4,11,5,8,2,7,1 o'clock, circles clockwise and counter clockwise, figure eights in 4 directions on the clock and then reverse the direction of each. I make these up and so can you. There is no particular order. Then I do neck rolls again. It is much easier as my neck is more open.
