Guest guest
Sat Nam Susie, My thoughts are using dandelion root & leaf (in making a tea), along with sylimarin (milk thistle),kelp, turmeric & artichoke & pinch of licorice root... & bentonite clay (in liquid form).Caution:I would not take this clay if you are on any medications as it pulls out everything & you wouldn't want it to interfere! Also,I would take bentonite on it's own for 10 day's & then follow with the herbal products...then do the bentonite clay again for 10 days...you will also want to take a good multivitamin. The kelp helps the body rid of heavy metals & other toxins, the dandelion is a diuretic which helps the kidneys to flush (is high in potasium), and the silymarin, turmeric & artichoke assist the liver in helping to flush your body of the toxins...& the licorice root acts as a harmonizer/conduit for all the herbs taken in combo...bentonite clay pulls toxins from the body...note: Please, please, please be cautioned however... that I would "FIRST" consult with the person that will be giving you the Chelation therapy "BEFORE" you decide to do anything on your own...as you wouldn't want "anything" to interfere with the program he will be putting you on... He will want to know "everything" that you are taking... It's so nice to see that doctors are recommending Chelation therapy...smiles Also, may I ask... how is your energy level? Guest guest
Thank you so much for your response. I love all the natural remedies you listed. My thyroid would definitely be a consideration since I take synthroid daily. My energy levels are low in the morning, higher in the afternoon and evenings. I've suffered neck and back injuries from 2 car accidents which is what finally and thankfully led me to yoga. I am convinced that the yoga actually stabilized my thyroid condition that became active two times since I was diagnosed. I also suspect that the neck trauma, exrays, and stress led to my condition. I will probably start my chelation therapy in the next month or so. I am so thankful I have been guided to KY otherwise I could have never endured all the changes That have taken place in my life since and from the accidents. And from the list I've gathered change is a good thing It means I'm growing.(Which by the way keeps me going on the down days.) Now instead of hoping nothing new will rock my boat, I look for the newness and wonder each day has to offer. Thanks to all on the list for daily motivation. Much love Susie Ft. Guest guest
Hi again Susie, with what you are telling me, another thing you may consider is having your Adrenals checked. It is a simple saliva test that you can have done.If you are curious about this, there is a really good book out that you should be able to find at any health store or check online at www.smart-publications.com The Name of the book is called "Adrenal Fatigue" by James L. Wilson,N.D.,D.C.,Ph.D. Another book you may enjoy is called "Light Emerging, the journey of personal healing" by Barbara Ann Brennon she lives in your town of Ft Lauderdale & conducts workshops too....smiles Sat Nam, Jiwan Shatki Small Business $15K Web Design Giveaway http://promotions./design_giveaway/
Guest guest
Thank you JIWAN SHAKTI I can't wait to look at these books. I do have Donna Eden's book Energy Medicine, I met her at a Mind Body Convention here in Ft. Laud. I remember Donna praising the works of Barbara Brennon. Just have to finish my last sip of Dandelion Tea before I go. (smiles) Susie Ft. Lauderdale
