Guest guest
Hi SatPal Kaur, Funny things happen for different people. When I first started doing this yoga in '77, a similar thing happened for me except it was from the armpits. I'm sure it's a process of toxins, on one level, but on another I'm not so sure. We are, after all, addressing our sexual energy pretty directly, when working with the kundalini and there is this "musk" component of our being that various companies claim to sell in bottles, except they have to sugar coat it in order to have mass appeal. This is part of what's going on, I feel. In the process of becoming a fully processsed human being, we have several levels of human stuff to resonate with. The most subtle manifestation of the processes of our various tissues (do a search for the seven Dhatus) is Ojas, sometimes called Soma. At this point we smell sweet to others and can taste the sweetness in our beings. While in the "grosser" aspects of this process, Yogiji recommends that women (especially) should use chlorophyll internally. Yogurt is also used internally and externally. When the weather gets hot enough you might consider a yogurt bath. Take 2 quarts of yogurt, cover your body with it and just lay in an empty bath tub for a couple of hours. Avoid soap like the plague!!! It will strip away your acid mantle and natural bioflora which is/was your protection against odor causing bacteria. Use oils to bath with. If that's too out to lunch, check out some of the soaps that are made from oils, 100% http://www.jrliggett.com/ http://www.sappohill.com/buyerguide.html Using Almond or Sesame oils, however, have the additonal benefit of pacifying Vatta through the moisturizing of the skin. Go to Kundaliniyoga/message/16633 for some more on this from my personal experience. Sat Nam, Your brother in the Funk Dharam Singh ) body odor that seems to emanate from the entire skin.
