Sat Nam, and Welcome to the group, Lisa...

You are correct...Spiritual Names are beautiful and I certainly felt most

Blessed when I received mine last December.

In a nutshell...Your Spiritual Name is the name of your Soul, a direct

relationship with your own Spirit, your personal aim to follow and attain in

Life. Being Sanskrit, the name also evokes a particular vibration {more or less

like your own Mantra} By chanting it and meditating on it, you "become"

it...with patience and persistence.

Hope this helps...

Humbly...

I am new here

I thought that I posted my introduction right, but I guess not.

Anyway, I am new to the group. My name is Lisa, and am 22

years old. I have been studying about the Kundalini for a few

years, and just started to do yoga. I am at a milestone right now. I

feel an extreme amount of stress coming on lately, and thought

that this will help me to get my energy flowing again. This

sounds like a great group to be in. I am looking forward to

learning a lot from all of you. I do meditate, and have been for

about 10 years. (I started at an early age). I find that it helps a

great deal with finding my center, I am ready to incorperate yoga.

What is the spiritual names for? They sound really beautiful.

Take Care,

Lisa
