Guest guest Posted April 9, 2004 Report Share Posted April 9, 2004 Hello Kumiko, I am new to the group and also live in Sydney, I also looked for a KY teacher and was not able to find one, the closest was Melbourne (a little to far to travel). So I found the www.kundaliniyoga.org and yogatech website and through this found Nirviar Singh khalsa's Videos.(You can get them from borders or the large dick smith stores) or maybe www.yogatech.com I have been buying one each fortnight and doing a set each day. www.kundaliniyoga.org has loads of free stuff but the videos really explain things and you can see how the exercises should be done. As for your other questions I also have done Silva stuff but never had any experience like this so perhaps some else on the list could comment.
