Special offer for the complete set of 6 (total of 12 one hour lessons) - free copy of Introduction to Kundalini Yoga by Gururattan and total savings of over $50 Further details from the Yoga Technology online store. Hello Kumiko, I am new to the group and also live in Sydney, I also looked for a KY teacher and was not able to find one, the closest was Melbourne (a little to far to travel). So I found the www.kundaliniyoga.org and yogatech website and through this found Nirviar Singh khalsa's Videos.(You can get them from borders or the large dick smith stores) or maybe www.yogatech.com
Guest guest
Sat Nam Gordon, Is the DVD's format ( universal ) the same as 'Region 0' or 'all', which can be played on any DVD player ? My DVD player is made for Japanese market, so its region is 2. So I can play only 'Region 2' or 'all' DVD. I prefer to buy DVDs... Thank you for your help, Kumiko
Guest guest
Dear Kumiko All our DVDs are Region '0' - they are universal, as I said in my last email. You can also play our videos on your NTSC format player. Sat Nam!
