Kundalini Yoga Re: New to the group : Awakening of Kundalini ?

Hello Kumiko,

I am new to the group and also live in Sydney, I also looked for a KY teacher

and was not

able to find one, the closest was Melbourne (a little to far to travel). So I

found the

www.kundaliniyoga.org and yogatech website and through this found Nirviar Singh

khalsa's Videos.(You can get them from borders or the large dick smith stores)

or

maybe www.yogatech.com

Sat Nam Gordon,

Is the DVD's format ( universal ) the same as 'Region 0' or 'all', which can

be played on any DVD player ?

My DVD player is made for Japanese market, so its region is 2. So I can

play only 'Region 2' or 'all' DVD. I prefer to buy DVDs...

Thank you for your help,

Kumiko

Dear Kumiko

All our DVDs are Region '0' - they are universal, as I said in my last email.

You can also play our videos on your NTSC format player.
