Guest guest
Hallo, Kundalini Yoga Group! I've been following your posts for some time now. But never have joined the actual post itself. I would like to introduce myself to the group. This is a very interesting place to keep eye on. I have much enjoyed the varied dialog going on about K.Y. Kundalini Yoga has only just recently become part of my life. But I'm already very much envolved in practising the K.Y. technology. I've been asked to give a Sadhana morning "lesson" and this being the first time I will be doing this. I am looking for a K.Y. set that includes the meditation Har Haray Haree Wahee Guru. The way I have practised this meditation was in easy pose, Gian Mudra, with the arms folded with the hands up and the elbows down (praying mantis like you could say). So, the arms parallel to one another, elbows down, hands up with the knuckles close to the shoulders in Gian Mudra(I wish I could draw this, but I'm sure those of you who have done this know what I mean?). This pose is on HAR Then the arms move out to the sides horizontally still fixed in the Gian Mudra. This pose is then HARAY And then the underarms still L shaped move from the side of the body to the front. And then you chant HAREE. The same cylcle repeats itself from the first position. WA, HAY, GUROO I'm not sure if the eyes are focused on the third eye or the tip of the nose? I have been practising with the third eye. But I have a strong sespicion it is the tip of the nose. I seem to be fascinated by this meditation and I'm looking for a set that includes this meditation. I'm not looking for a book with sets but just one single set with this meditation in it? I hope to hear your thoughts and tips concerning HAR HARAY HAREE WAYHEE GURU Sat Nam
