I am no teacher by all means...only a student, and still very much at the "beginner" stage myself. But every time this mantra was used in a Yoga class, we were always instructed to close the eyes about nine tenths and focus at the tip of the nose. Humbly... Jai Jagdesh Kaur ....I'm not sure if the eyes are focused on the third eye or the tip of the nose? I have been practising with the third eye. But I have a strong sespicion it is the tip of the nose.
