Forced diets only produce stress and self judgement, while your KY practice should be fun and gentle on you. Then again, you may find that in time you are naturally drawn to a more nutritious and lighter diet {this is what happened to me} The body knows what it needs...balance is the secret. KY practice and Meditation will get you in the right direction...and diet will more than likely follow. Humbly...
